I met Carissa through her mom back when I was at my 9-5 dental job before I even got into photography. At the time, Carissa and Bryan were a newer couple and we laughed with a realization that we had a lot of names in our immediate sibling family in common. Her name being Carissa, I also have a sister-in-law named Carissa; Carissa has a sister named Brittany (my name is Brittany obviously haha); and I also have a brother named Bryan.

Fast forward 10 years. I was beyond excited when Carissa reached out to let me know her and Bryan were getting married and looking to book wedding photography! They were also getting married at Heritage Palms, a community where my parents actually live. Another connection?! I think so!

With most wedding packages, I include engagement sessions. We decided on the gorgeous La Quinta Resort and the Bear Creek Trail, just a couple miles from the resort. It couldn’t have been a more prefect day for their engagement session and I just couldn’t stop myself from taking more and more images of them. The love between them is absolutely infectious. I can’t wait for their wedding in December!
